Questions about getting a quote.
Do you charge for quotes?
No. Site visits and quotes are free for tree work and landscape construction. Arborist reports and AS 4970 assessments are priced as reports, because the report is the product.
How quickly will I hear back?
The same day, seven days a week. Storm damage and hazardous trees go to the 24/7 line and are usually on site within hours in St George, the Shire and the Inner West.
Can you quote from photos?
Often, for straightforward removals, pruning and stumps. Big trees, tight access and anything near structures get a site visit so the price is fixed and does not move on the day.
Will you tell me if the council will refuse it?
Yes, before you pay for anything. We know the local rules and tell you honestly what will and will not get approved.
